Consortium

A general assembly was held in:

  • Virtual kick-off meeting held through teleconferencing facilities, on September 12, 2013. The principal aims is to get all partners acquainted and discuss general guidelines and work organization.
  • Parma – Italy, on October 15-16, 2013. Kick-off meeting. All partners were present, and specific workshops were held for WP2, WP3 and WP4, mostly relevant in this initial phase.
  • Copenhagen – Denmark, on May 7-9, 2014. The principal aims of the general assembly is verify the development of the project and to plan next months. Particularly attention was dedicated to the technical aspect of WP4 : domain’s definition, tools and different option of modeling, validation.
  • Brasov – Romania, on September 9-10, 2014. The principal aim of the meeting is planning to achieve next milestones, particularly to release a demonstrator kit, including hardware e software development, preliminary user interface implementation, user interaction and pilot planning, including service view and business model.
  • Parma – Italy, on March 26-27, 2015. The principal aims of the general assembly is verify the development of the project and to plan next months. Particularly attention was dedicated to the technical aspect of WP4 : domain’s definition, tools and different option of modeling, validation.
  • Skovde – Sweden, on September 28-29, 2015. The principal aim of the meeting is planning to achieve next milestones, particularly to release a demonstrator kit, including hardware e software development, preliminary user interface implementation, user interaction and pilot planning, including service view and business model.
  • Eindhoven – Netherland, on March 16-17, 2016. The principal aim of the general assembly was to verify the development of the project and to plan next months. Particularly attention was dedicated to the technical aspect of WP5 Pilot & Exploitation.
  • Roma – Italy, on September 23, 2016, the final general assembly. The principal aim of the meeting was to discuss and evaluate technical components and pilots results, the sustainable exploitation of the pilots results and to check the project reports, particularly the documents of the final review.

 

  • A Management Committee Meeting was held on December 19, 2013 through teleconferencing facilities. Besides reviewing active work packages status, the meeting dealt with set up of collaboration and dissemination tools.
  • A Management Committee Meeting was held on January 13, 2015 through teleconferencing facilities. The aims of the meeting is planning logistic and technical aspect in order to the MTR and the annual report.
  • A Management Committee Meeting was held on December 21, 2015 through teleconferencing facilities. The aims of the meeting is review of current status, with reference to Skovde meeting’s plans and preliminary technical outcomes from running pilots and related actions; project administration.
  • A Management Committee Meeting was held on June 28, 2016 through teleconferencing facilities. The aim of the meeting is to review of current status, with reference to the outcomes of the pilots and the corresponding data collection.

 

  • A Mid Term Review was held in Parma on March 26, 2015.

 

  • The above meetings fulfill the schedule defined in the proposal and the Consortium Agreement.Besides such formal meetings, a number of subgroup meetings (either physical or virtual) were held, in order to proceed with technical developments.
